Mobile Detail Service Requirements
Only Providing Services At Customer Locations With Customer Provided Utilities
Customer Presence
- Customer Presence at the vehicle is needed at the start and at the finish of the mobile detail service to ensure all the following requirements are fulfilled. Customer does not need to be present at the vehicle for the duration of the detail service, but present on premises or other options only permitted on a case by case basis and only after multiple services.

- Why? Customer presence ensures that in the event of any minor matter, or even an urgent emergency, affiliated with customers property or utilities, can immediately be properly assessed and, if any, additional services can be recommended and addressed immediately. All for service provider accountably and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Proper Space
- Proper space is required for the detail service to be provided. Services are only provided at customer owned or rented properties or properly approved locations. Residential and commercial services are offered if given proper space and permission. Houses with drive ways are optimal. Townhouses and condos with drive ways are easily accepted as well, as long as proper space between neighboring vehicles is provided. Apartments or Condos with parking lots are accepted on a case by case basis, if provided proper space. All options only available with proper permissions from any apartment complex office, homeowners association, business or property owner.
- Why? Customer provided location allows for a mobile detail to be possible, giving the customer the luxury of professional automotive detail shop services brought directly to customer at a lower price. Allowing the service provider to have the proper space to perform the detail service professionally and efficiently, reducing prices and service times.

Water Source
- Water source must be provided by the customer. Customer must provide a readily available direct connection to a standard garden hose water spigot with a steady flow. Customers do not need to provide water hoses, etc. Connection to source must be within 50ft-100ft of proper space of service. Use of customer water source greatly reduces prices provided to customers.
- Why? Customer provided water source allows for the luxury of professional automotive detail shop services brought directly to the customer at a greatly reduced price! Other mobile detail service providers may provide a water source, which is fantastic, especially for customers in need of a stand alone service unit, but it shows in the price. This mobile detail service is for customer provided water source services only, allowing for greatly reduced prices and service times.

Electrical Source
- Electrical source must be provided by the customer. Customer must provide a readily available direct connection to a standard electrical receptacle outlet with quality electrical connection. Customers do not need to provide extension cords, etc. Connection to source must be within 50ft-100ft of proper space of service. Use of customer electrical source greatly reduces prices provided to customers.
- Why? Customer provided electrical source allows for the luxury of professional automotive detail shop services brought directly to the customer at a greatly reduced price! Other mobile detail service providers may provide a electrical source, which is fantastic, especially for customers in need of a stand alone service unit, but it shows in the price. This mobile detail service is for customer provided electrical source services only, allowing for greatly reduced prices and service times.

Vehicle Inspection
- Vehicle inspection before detail is needed with customer present for any possible expectations, recommended services, existing issues, time and price ranges, and any other information to be made known before service is started. A vehicle inspection with the customer following the detail service is also needed for any other possible expectations to be met, or further services to be recommended and any final information to be made known. The vehicle inspection is based on the vehicles age, size and condition.
- Why? Vehicle inspection allows for the luxury of professional automotive detail shop service expectations to be provided by a mobile detail unit. Providing quality assurance and ensuring customer satisfaction at an affordable price. Giving the customer basic necessary insight without over informing and causing confusion. Making professional recommendations, service selection and price agreement a breeze.

Service Agreement
- A service agreement must be made before the detail service is provided. Customer expectations are made known through the vehicle inspection to help select a service to be agreed on by the service provider and customer before a service is provided. A service agreement will provide proper information to complete a price agreement.
- Why? A service agreement represents evidence of a structured process to develop a service selection that the service provider and the customer agree on utilizing the customers expectations, time and price range, vehicle age, size and condition, and the service providers professional recommendations. All for service provider accountably and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Price Agreement
- A price agreement must be made before the detail service is provided. Customer expectations are made known through the vehicle inspection to help select a service to be agreed on by the service provider and customer in the service agreement, the service provider will then present a price that works best for the customer based on the service quote price chart, the selection of services, and vehicle inspection information.
- Why? A price agreement is the final prerequisite to receiving professional automotive detail shop quality brought straight to the customer. With a service and price agreed on by the service provider and customer, it provides evidence that all parties involved are aware of the service expected and the payment owed to the service provider immediately at the end of the service via cash, check or a direct transfer such as Zelle. All for service provider accountably and ensuring customer satisfaction.
